Personal Injury Paralegal

Our client is a leading Legal 500 insurance focussed firm currently looking to expand its Manchester office with a new paralegal to manage litigated MOJ and OIC files. You will be running your own caseload, settling files, reviewing strategy on new files and negotiating where necessary.

To be considered for this role you should:

• Have a good understanding of civil procedural rules, MOJ and OIC processes
• Have file handling experience from a previous role preferably in a defendant environment but claimant candidates should not be discouraged from applying
• Be capable of thinking on your feet and have the confidence to run your own files and ask seniors for help where necessary
