R13 Recruitment are working alongside a long-standing, award-winning law firm to in their search for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their Norwich-based team. You will be an experienced paralegal, who will be responsible for managing your own case load, exceeding targets and providing exceptional client care.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday and is offering a salary of £25,000 - £33,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Managing a caseload, ensuring clients and third parties are regularly updated.
  • Reviewing documentation, and keeping accurate records of case materials.
  • Ensuring caseload targets are met and exceeded.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within a Personal Injury team.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise between clients and third parties.
  • Self-motivated and ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
