PERSONAL INJURY FEE EARNER, AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE, YORK, TO C£45,000 – Legal 500, regional law firm with strong links across the region with commercial and private clients. JOB REF: MD5771

• Joining a busy team, you will take on a caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence matters on behalf of claimant clients.
• You can expect to be working on a wide variety of claims from straight forward fast-track claims through to catastrophic injuries, fatalities and complex negligence matters.
• Suitable applicants will have at least 3 years’ proven track record handling complex personal injury claims; any experience of clinical negligence work would be a distinct advantage.
• In additional to strong technical skills, it essential that you take a commercial approach to you work and are an exceptional communicator with the ability to deal with clients, medical professionals and other lawyers.
