RTA/ELPL Fee Earner - Hybrid Working - High Quality Work

A successful, multi-service Manchester-based Legal Practice with a well-established and expanding international client base are looking for a RTA/ELPL Fee Earner to join the team.

In this role, you will oversee your own caseload of EL/PL/RTA files that are both pre- and post-litigated. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing  your own caseload and be confident in every element of litigation and be able to demonstrate a great deal of ELPL litigation expertise. Ideally you shall have a minimum of 4+ years PQE, be highly organised and shall have excellent communication skills.

Other duties included in this position include having the ability to communicate with insured parties, insurers, and third-party attorneys in order to pursue a prompt and fair settlement of disputes and the distribution of costs as well as handle cases from start through to completion.
