PERSONAL INJURY FEE EARNER

A highly successful and reputable legal practice in North York has a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join its friendly team (salary competitive). Our client is a forward thinking, innovative and friendly practice with a great reputation. You will join a small and supportive team. Duties to include:

• Managing all aspects of caseload
• Providing advice to clients on catastrophic injury and medical negligence claims
• Assisting clients with new enquiries
• Reviewing medical records
• Negotiating settlements
• Issuing proceedings and instructing counsel
• Preparing witness statements

At least 3 years’ PI / Clinical Negligence experience dealing with your own caseload is essential as well as a genuine enthusiasm for this field of law. Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients and Business Development skills are required for this role.
