Michelle Denny Recruitment is happy to be supporting Marble Arch Underwriting in their search for a Personal Injury Claims Adjuster to work on their complex and large catastrophic loss cases in their Diss office which is located just a few minutes away from the railway station.  Salary is up to £40k and the role is available on a hybrid basis, so if you've a passion for handling high-value personal injury claims, please read on.
 
So, do you thrive on investigating and negotiating third-party personal injury claims, while constantly striving for the best possible outcome? 
 
In this permanent role, you will have the opportunity to manage a challenging caseload of complex and high-value Personal Injury claims, utilising your expertise to conduct thorough investigations into indemnity, liability, and quantum.

 
Collaborating with their panel solicitors, your role will involve developing strategies to achieve optimal results, particularly in catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k. Your strong negotiation skills and keen attention to detail will be vital in assessing claims, often working within agreed authority levels while maintaining a commercially astute approach.
 
Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven experience and success in managing catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively challenge where appropriate
  • Good understanding of industry procedures, products, and services in the Insurance sector
Salary package:
  • Up to £40,000pa depending on the level of your experience
