Role – Personal Assistant   

Location – Manchester City Centre

Salary - £32,000-£34,000

Hours – 8.45am-5.15pm

Type – FTC until December 31st 2024  

**10% discretionary bonus paid upon satisfactory completion of the fixed term contract**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well-established Property Developer in the heart of Manchester City Centre. This is super exciting times for the company who are looking to grow even more over the coming years.

The client is looking to recruit an expereince PA on a maternity cover contract to provide efficient and responsive support to multiple managers supporting across key projects and achieve strategic goals.  

The ideal candidate will be tenacious and dynamic, with proven and extensive PA expereince.  

Role responsibilities:

  • Complex Diary management
  • Supporting the day-day management of managers diaries ensuring business efficiency
  • Forming a close, trusting, working relationship to ensure full visibility of incoming mail and acting upon this promptly in the agreed way.
  • Organise communications both internally and externally to ensure a consistent message is delivered at all times.
  • Attend key meetings to take actions, ensuring they are progressed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate events, working alongside the PA team.
  • Act as a liaison and gateway, between various teams
  • Undertake usual administrative tasks for the managers, including diary management, scheduling of internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and expense management.
