R13 Recruitment are working alongside a long-standing, award-winning law firm to in their search for a Personal Assistant to join their Norwich-based team. You will be responsible for providing essential support to the senior team, assisting with varied administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of business.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday and is offering a salary of £22,000 - £26,000depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Providing varied administrative support to the senior team within a busy department, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liasing with clients on behalf of the senior team, ensuring excellent client care is delivered at all times.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks a required.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, with a legal background.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail, and ability to manage and prioritise workload.
  • Strong communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
