The Company
An established, growing financial services organisation providing specialist advisory services to a range of clients with an enviable track record in their field.

The Role
A newly created role, you will work directly for Partners of the company playing a key part in delivering executive support and co-ordinating meetings, being the first point of contact for clients attending the offices.

You will manage diaries, make travel arrangements and be a key support for the Partners and the wider team. You will also run the office ensuring supplies and stationery are in stock alongside processing invoices and liaising with suppliers.

The Person
A successful and growing firm, this role requires a self-motivated and driven individual with proven experience supporting at a senior level. You will have proven experience working as a Personal Assistant and financial services knowledge would be a distinct advantage. Strong knowledge of Excel and Word will be essential and you will be an individual who can work with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
