We are looking to appoint a Legal PA to work as part of a team of litigation lawyers.

Description

  • Collaborating within a high-performing team environment
  • Direct communication with clients and professional contacts
  • Handling some digital dictation typing
  • Organising diaries, scheduling meetings, and managing commitments of fee earners
  • Coordinating with other departments, accounts, and central management
  • Being numerate and having an understanding of accounts for billing purposes, managing disbursements, and supporting credit control
  • Preparing and processing expense forms
  • Managing the opening and closure of client files
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with IT systems such as Proclaim and iManage is advantageous but not mandatory.

Profile

While experience in a commercial law firm is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We are open to candidates who have worked in other professional service firms, as well as those with the necessary ambition and drive who are seeking a career transition

The ideal candidate should be adept at collaborating effectively within a team and possess the adaptability needed to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
