Job Title: Reviewing Service Manager - Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service

Location: Slough Borough Council

Salary: £57,940.00 - £63,616.00

Slough Borough Council is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join the Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service as a Reviewing Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will provide independent, high-quality services for children subject to child protection plans and for children and young people looked after (CLA).

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the evaluation and quality assurance of Slough Children First (SCF) in delivering child protection and looked after children services.
• Lead a team of IRO's and CP Chairs, ensuring the ongoing development and delivery of high-quality support to children and families.
• Work alongside the Slough Safeguarding Partnership to enhance the quality of multi-agency input to child protection conferences and CLA review processes.

Requirements:

• Qualified social worker with significant management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
