General Duties

• Ensure processing of customer orders and requests
• Accurately handle inbound shipments
• Enter data into Warehouse Management system
• Conduct screening via metal detection X-ray and other machines
• Check and label cargo according to documentation
• Prepare cargo for dispatch, including temperature-sensitive shipments
• Load and dispatch cargo efficiently to meet company KPIs
• Undertake general warehouse and administration duties
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse as per schedule
• Uphold company's Health & Safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of freight forwarding
• Physical fitness for manual handling
• Flexible approach and ability to adapt quickly
• Experience in a cold chain environment is beneficial
• Good standard of secondary education
• IATA DGR trained would be advantageous
• Counterbalance and Reach forklift licenses beneficial
