Peripatetic Home Manager – North of England

£55k Plus company car / car allowance

37.5 Hours per week

As a Peripatetic Home Manager, you will provide flexible leadership resource to our Care Homes where interim assistance is required, predominately in the North of England area, but on occasions could be National.  This could include; covering for sickness or long-term absence, or covering the home pending the appointment of a replacement manager, or providing tailored support with quality and other operational issues in order to maintain or improve current service standards.

You will have proven experience in a residential and/or nursing home setting, along with strong operational management experience. You will have the proven ability to manage and control expenditure whilst having a detailed understanding of the Health & Social Care Act, CQC requirements and the provision of good quality care. You will need to be RN qualified, with an up to date NMC pin number. Ideally, you will also have a proven background in troubleshooting and transforming care homes to deliver good care.

The role will require regular travel so a full driving license is essential.

In addition to the above, you will be caring, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual, who is interested in working for a growing and progressive organisation.
