As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

• Identifying development gaps and opportunities based on business needs and analysis of data and KPIs
• Owning and implementing the end to end development support plan
• Informing and managing stakeholders with regards to planned support and learner progress
• Coaching Management to enhance their leadership and management skills
• Supporting managers in delivering robust and effective inductions, onboarding, performance reviews and 1-1s
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate quality blended learning content and resources
• Supporting our Management Development Academy where required

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you:

• Are a self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects whilst keeping stakeholders updated and involved
• Have a consulting mindset with the ability to empathise with learners circumstances whilst also managing expectations and holding them to account
• Are personable and articulate with the ability to inspire and engage learners in their journey
• Have experience with people development
• Have a formal learning and development qualification (desirable but not essential)

The People Development Consultant will be a self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects whilst keeping stakeholders updated and involved in decisions and outcomes. They will have a consulting mindset; able to empathise with the learners circumstances, whilst also managing expectations and holding them to account. It is essential that the Consultant be personable and articulate, with the ability to maintain a positive relationship whilst inspiring the learners to engage in their learning journey.

A formal Learning and Development Qualification is desirable, but not essential.
