Join our exclusive partnership with a leading financial services provider as they embark on their Pega journey. Seeking a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA), you'll take charge of overseeing the development of their platform, playing a pivotal role in architecting and designing business applications utilizing Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.

Your role will encompass:
  • Delivering high-output Pega skill-based solutions to customers, showcasing hands-on expertise.
  • Facilitating effective communication and interpretation between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless implementation of business and technical requirements.
  • Providing design and technical leadership for Pega PRPC programs/applications/solutions (8.x), including the design of enterprise-class structures and frameworks.
  • Offering architecture and design guidance to project teams working on BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
  • Demonstrating a strong technical background, actively engaging in application development and exploring new Pega technology capabilities.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to develop requirements, solution concepts, and prototypes.
  • Ensuring scalability and robustness of Pega applications/solutions, adhering to best practices in security, performance, and integrations.
  • Exhibiting strong leadership skills to independently lead teams from inception to transition.
  • Embracing Agile methodology and providing comprehensive technical consultation to business partners and IT management/development.
