Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 + commission

Hours: 9am - 6.15pm Monday to Friday (one day off during the week) Saturday 10am - 4pm

Our client is a highly regarded forward thinking, independent and multiple award-winning Estate Agency based in Finsbury Park. They are currently looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team. The successful applicant will be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and continuity. Having the ability to multi-task and work on a few projects simultaneously whilst providing a service that is second to none is essential. A top line overview of the role:

  • Sell and let our client's properties for the best possible price in the best possible time
  • Properly qualify, register and maintain prospective buyers and tenants
  • Ensure exemplary customer service is adhered to at all times
  • Consistently and effectively upsell and cross-sell our other properties and services
  • Ensure regular and appropriately detailed feedback is given to clients and applicants
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate sales terms and offers
  • Ensure all protocols and standards are followed to a high standard
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve the business and its sales protocols and processes
  • Train, manage and monitor other team members as required
  • Cooperate with the property management, marketing and accounts teams as required

Requirements:

  • ARLA / NAEA qualified level 3 or commit to get there immediately
  • At least 3 years direct experience as a sales and/or lettings negotiator in estate agency
