Payroll Transformation Manager | Interim
Full time | 3 months, rolling.
£40,000 - £60,000 p/a pro rata
CCS | Compass Corporate Services have an excellent interim job vacancy available for a Payroll specialist, to provide leadership for our client around payroll implementation and transformation.
Working for a commercial multi-site operator with a large workforce, a technically strong and dynamic payroll leader is required who can oversees a critical period of development for the organisation. Key elements of this role will be managing system migration, integration and implementation of new payroll process.
A key part of the task with involve implementing brand new and group wide policy and process for; payroll payments and reporting of all employees, HMRC, pensions schemes and other bodies and benefits (child care vouchers, unions etc…).
Understanding the businesses current policies, procedures and systems will be crucial as this will enable you to take ownership and implement new processes, systems and policies in-line with best-practices and ongoing development of the organisation.
As the Payroll Manager, having an up to date knowledge of employment tax laws and regulations will be essential in order to maintain compliance this will include subjects surrounding pension contributions. It will also be essential that you are competent with manual input.
- A minimum of 3 years Managerial experience within Payroll
- Experienced in Tupé following mergers and acquisitions
- Experienced in system migration and/or integration
- Experience in implementing payroll process, policy and procedure
