Due to business expansion, I am working with a client to recruit a Payroll Team Leader to support, motivate and lead the Payroll and wider Accounts team.

The role is full time, permanent and easily accessible by public transport.

• Knowledge of PAYE/NI and Pension Legislation
• Experience of handling high volume Payroll and understanding of rules and regulations
• Strong management skills to include leadership, mentoring and supporting staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle any issues in a tactful manner
