Your new role

  • Strategically supervise and motivate the payroll team across the Firm.
  • Review the workload of other members of the Payroll team.
  • Manage your own payroll deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of managing a high-volume payroll.
  • Act as the point of contact for any escalated matters within the department.
  • Review, monitor and implement new processes to progress the department.
  • Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function.
  • Ensuring Payroll Compliance.
  • Specialist knowledge and experience running all aspects of a payroll function.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience of Payroll and supervision/management within the team.
  • CIPP preferred but not essential.
  • Capable of liaising with stakeholders and management.
  • Proven ability to both lead and motivate those within the department.
