The role of the Payroll Officer will have the following responsibilities: -
*The administration and processing of 3 payrolls' fortnightly, monthly and overseas via Sage Payroll from input to production of BACS transfers.
*To Liaise with Managers and operational staff to ensure source payroll data is submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
*The reconciliation of the monthly payroll to ensure timely payment of NI and PAYE.
*To assist with the completion of monthly RTI & tax returns to HMRC, including P11d's, P60's (annually) and P45's, P46's (monthly).
*To answer payroll queries raised by employees and operational teams.
*To work collaboratively with others in the finance department with payroll responsibilities to ensure adequate cover is maintained and workload is shared appropriately.
The ideal candidate will have experience of Sage Payroll and enjoy having full accountability of the company's payroll. In return you will receive an excellent market rate, benefits and free parking.
This role can be offered on a part time basis between 25 & 30 hours and happy to fit in with hours to suit.
