Payroll Manager is required for a World leading media company based in their shared service centre in Leicester where they support over 2,500 staff globally. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this growing company to process, oversee and direct multiple payrolls and payroll procedures.

This is hybrid role, where you will be expected in the office 3-4 days a week and then the other 1-2 days from home. T

his really is a very exciting, fast paced role which requires someone who is resilient, positive and enthusiastic with a methodical mindset and a great sense of humor.

As Payroll Manager you will supporting and supervise a small payroll team, reporting into the HR and Payroll Shared Service Manager and will ensure you and your team smoothly run multiple payrolls whilst partnering the wider business.

The successful Payroll Manager will have:

  • Experience of payroll and people management in a high volume/shared service environment.
  • CIPP qualification.
  • Ideally experience using WorkDay and iTrent
  • Ability to perform manual payroll calculations.
  • P11d Processing
  • Ideally UK and US payroll processing experience.

Payroll Manager duties include:

  • Ensure the accurate processing of wages, salaries and compensation across the UK and US business.
  • Maintain great relationships with you key customers.
  • Ensure all amendments are processed via WorkDay.
  • Review errors, exceptions and elements reports and reconciling to payroll.
  • BACS report, payroll summary and final analysis are reconciled and authorised.
