Brand new part time payroll administrator opportunity. Rarely do we get part time roles with flexiblity! Great opportunity for someone to join a fast growing buisness and radiply growing HR & Payroll team, based in Dudley.

This is a brand new role to the business and comes at an exciting time of growth. After successfully integrating iTrent into the HR & Payroll teams, the business is now looking for an experienced Payroll clerk to manage the end to end payroll process and work alongside the HR Manager and wider teams to optimise the payroll systems and improve business efficiencies.

The successful Payroll clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to;

* Processing starters and leavers
* Processing monthly payroll for the 190 UK employees
* Processing monthly pensions payroll
* HMRC queries
* P60, P45, P11D
* me sheets & expenses

* Improving payroll processes

* Reporting
* Championing the iTrent payroll system to the managers and wider teams

In addition, you will be required to support the HR Manager and HR team with adhoc HR and Payroll duties to underpin the growing HR & Payroll function

The client is looking for this new hire on a permanent basis. The role is part time 20 hours per week, they would like this to be over Monday to Friday but offer flexible working.
