Payouts Executive

London (hybrid working)

£30,000 to £40,000 plus bonus and benefits

Our client is an award winning bank providing a broad range of products to their customers. Well established and based in central London they are looking to recruit a Payouts Executive to join their growing team.

The successful Payouts Executive will;

  • Support the Operations team in working through the daily work queue.
  • Preparation and submitting documentation for payout. Ensuring all legal, financial and credit requirements are adhered to.
  • Administration of live agreements and General administrative Customer Services and In-life Operations duties.
  • Carry out contract validation, customer due diligence and other related processing tasks in line with current business policies, key internal controls and any program specific nuances.
  • Ensure all Key controls are adhered to including working within the current signature list, clear desk policy, completing compliance training within deadlines. Logging customer Complaints.
  • Ensure all New Business Agreements are reviewed and executed within given timescales.
  • Ensure the accurate use and recording of data in IT systems so as to maintain high quality portfolio data.
  • Take ownership of contract related problems and use resolution skills in order to progress the New Business Agreement as quickly as possible, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and communication while maintaining a professional attitude to all stakeholders.
  • General file maintenance and updating Banks accounting system and information databases to enable the production of good quality management information and reporting.
