Patent Litigation Senior Associate

We're seeking a skilled Intellectual Property lawyer with over 7 years of PQE to join our client's growing London office.

The firm boasts one of the UK's largest and most respected IP teams, advising a diverse clientele, including life sciences, technology, manufacturing, and retail giants.

???????The team handles a wide array of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, offering comprehensive support from strategic litigation to IP exploitation and enforcement.

About You

• The successful candidate will have a solid background in life sciences or high-tech patent practice, with experience in handling complex patent applications.
• client-focused approach, strong technical acumen, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in patent litigation, including European Patent Office oppositions, with a keen interest in the practical and technical aspects of the field.
• While a scientific or technical degree is advantageous, it's not mandatory. However, ambition and teamwork are essential, as you'll work closely with clients and contribute to business development.
