An incredible opportunity has just arisen for a Pastoral Lead/Head of Year 10 at a thriving, rural, 11-16 school in Robertsbridge that is committed to ensuring all pupils become well rounded citizens of the modern world.
This school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational Pastoral Lead/Head of Year 10 for an immediate start to lead the professional, caring, and effective team that they already have in place. The school places a high value on student welfare, well-being, and reinforcing positive behaviour.
This role is suitable for someone with previous experience in a Pastoral role and with a passion for promoting success and well-being in young people. This is a non-teaching (support-staff) role.
The successful applicant will be responsible for behaviour, safeguarding, attendance, well-being, rewards, and pupil premium for students in Year 10.
The perfect Pastoral Lead/Head of Year 10 candidate will:

- Be committed to enhancing the well-being of every student
- Be caring, empathetic, supportive, and encouraging
- Use a coaching-based approach
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be looking for a Full-Time role
- Hold a full UK driving license and own a car
Information on the Pastoral Lead/Head of Year 10 role:
Location- Robertsbridge, East Sussex
Pay- £140-£230 per day
Hours- 8.30am-3.30pm Monday-Friday
