A great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, whilst running a small main dealer parts department, has just become available.
You will be responsible for the day to day running and development of the department whilst receiving ongoing manufacturer support and training. This will enable you to rapidly develop your career so that over the next 18-24 months you can progress into a full management role either at this location or elsewhere within this award winning dealer group.
You will be given every opportunity to develop both the retail and trade side of the business as well as increasing the overall profitability of the department.
There is initially 30 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays, which increases with service. Benefits include an annual leave purchase scheme, childcare vouchers, vehicle purchase and cycle to work schemes.
