Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a Parts Advisor for an established accident repair company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock control, planning and organisation.
  • To develop and maintain a working environment that fully engages team members.
  • Allocation of customer orders
  • Organising van routes
  • Achieve parts sales targets
  • Carry out the team’s annual appraisals as well as holding regular 121s
  • Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively

Key Requirements:

  • You have exemplary communication and managerial skills
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • You have previous working experience in a fast pace environment
  • You are able to organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Experience of parts sales and understanding sales targets
  • Previous experience in a parts managerial and warehouse role, preferable
