Parts Advisor

Opal Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor for a well known dealership based in Wakefield. Previous experience is essential for this position. Salary £15,000 - £18,500 dependent upon experience + bonus

Main Duties:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with any parts enquiries or queries
  • Stock management
  • Dealing with Warranty's
  • Advise customers on products and services
  • General administration and database maintenance

Person Specification

  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential for this position
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Pinnacle DMS experience would be beneficial
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid IT skills
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Able to work as part of a team and off own initiative
  • High level of accuracy
