Job Purpose

  • Manage a varied and diverse client portfolio, providing a full suite of accountancy support.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and delivery of business services.
  • Ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
  • Development and growth of new clients and opportunities.
  • Oversee and support projects and initiatives across the firm.
  • Department management and staff development ensuring employee performance and delivery.
  • Offering commercial acumen and a creative mindset to help the firm secure and retain new business.

The successful candidate

  • ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified.
  • Practising certificate is desirable.
  • Extensive experience within a senior management role in practice.
  • Experienced in confidently networking and building relationships with contacts.
  • Technically proficient in all areas of accountancy.
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
  • An experienced leader who leads by example and inspires others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
