I am delighted to be recruiting for an Award winning RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice whose thriving team of talented Architects, Architectural Technicians and Planners deliver innovative, unique and technically expert designs across the residential sector. With exciting plans for continuing their growth they are keen to get a passionate Part two Architectural Assistant to join their successful team in Chelmsford.

The Successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have experience working on residential projects with good technical abilities in AutoCAD and other industry standard software.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

  • Sufficient post Part two qualification experience
  • Experience working on residential projects with house builders
  • Confident communicator
  • Well versed in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
  • Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Driven to continuing professional development
  • Able to work well in a team environment
