We are looking for a part time Administrator to work for a lovely company in Chandlers Ford. This is a busy role where you will be sat in an open plan office and be required to support the team in a variety of roles. Duties will include meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with post, managing stationary, organising lunches, meeting rooms, facilities admin and other ad hoc tasks as required. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be happy to turn your hand to any task. This is a part time role working from 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday. You must be a driver.

The role

This is a typical Office Administration role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors. It will be your responsibility to manage the meeting rooms and the office stationary supplies as well as organising travel and accommodation when necessary. You will sort the post and co-ordinate lunch buffets for meetings as well as supporting the Directors when required

The ideal candidate

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have previous office based experience ideally in a similar role. You must be confident and professional in your approach and need to have a friendly, personable and welcoming manner. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a small team are also vital. The working environment is relaxed but busy and you will need to enjoy working under pressure.
