We're currently looking for a dedicated educator to join our team on a part-time basis, focusing on supporting students with special educational needs in Redbridge.

About the Role: As a part-time SEN teacher, you'll play a crucial role in creating an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of SEN students
  • Collaborating with support staff and professionals to implement effective interventions
  • Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
  • Setting and reviewing targets to ensure each student reaches their full potential
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain a cohesive approach to SEN education

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience working with SEN students, ideally in a similar part-time capacity
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and satisfactory professional references
  • A passion for supporting the educational needs of SEN students in Redbridge
