Job specification - Part Time Receptionist

First Glimpse - Baby Bonding Ultrasound Scanning Clinic

We carry out private ultrasound scans for women during pregnancy.

As the front of house receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be working alongside our ultrasound technicians in a fast paced environment.

About You -

- PC skills are required

- Customer facing/reception experience is desirable

- Can work well in a team and use own initiative when needed

- Personable and excellent communication skills

- Self-motivated with an attention to detail

- Positive outlook with a helpful and customer service orientated attitude

- Good time management skills and the ability to multitask

Your contracted hours will be

Monday 15:45 - 20:15

Tuesday 15:45 - 20:15

Thursday 9:15-13:45

Friday 9:15-13:45

Six Saturdays a year to be covered where possible, 08:30 - 16:30

Subject to increase and decrease of additional hours to meet both the business & receptionist requirements. We usually recude our hours in the school holidays.

What You Will Be Doing -

Meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, office administration, processing payments, taking phone calls, ordering of stock, housekeeping of reception and communal areas.

Training, uniform, and a DBS check will be provided by the company - wages negotiable.
