As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

This role requires you to be on-site for the duration of the cover period. Currently 2 weeks with potential extension.

DAY TO DAY

• Act as the face of the company, greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
• Monitoring the phones and booking appointments.
• Taking messages for the team if they are unavailable.
• Ensuring records are kept up to date in their internal system.
• Provide ad-hoc support for the wider team.

ALL ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or office coordination role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and reliable approach to tasks, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
• Recent Basic or enhanced DBS
