Mpeople Recruitment are seeking a Part-Time Production Administrator on behalf of our client based in Chadderton.
Our client are looking for an experienced administrator on a part-time basis to work 20-30 hours per week within their production environment.
This is a new role that will be working alongside the Works Manager in order to assist with administrative duties.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating the production schedule using Excel
- Adding new sales orders
- Sending order confirmations and estimated delivery dates to customers by email
- Matching sales orders to delivery documentations
- Stock maintenance
- Ordering materials and parts via the purchase order system
- Arranging transport and dealing with courier queries
Our client are looking for a strong administrator that has good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and has great attention to detail. This role requires somebody to have good prioritisation and organisational skills, and that has a proactive nature.
Experience of working within a production/engineering environment is desirable, and experience within production/stock/purchasing would also be desirable.
