We are currently working with a wonderfull not for profit company who are seeking a high calibre PA who has excellent administration, communication, interpersonal, organisational and written skills. Experience of compiling and writing articles for internal communications (newsletters) is essential. This role is a temp to perm role and is part time!!

Day to day this role will include:

  • Management of diaries, travel and accomodation

  • Expenses and finance support

  • Event organisation

  • Provide an effective administrative support service for the Executive team.

  • Provide internal and external support

  • Provide support to company strategy and projects

  • Meeting and minute taking

Personal skill/ attributes required:

  • Experience in a professional office environment and administration role.

  • Experience of planning and organising a range of activities and events

  • Experience of developing and implementing office systems.

  • Experience in producing corporate communications and publicity materials.
