Agility is working with an award-winning Hotel, nestled on the picturesque shores of Lake Windermere, who are looking for an additional member to join their esteemed team as an HR Manager. With a rich history and a reputation for excellence, this role offers a unique chance to contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR guidance to management and staff,
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Review and update HR procedures to align with evolving employment legislation.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support managers in performance management and development initiatives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Coordinate training and development activities for staff and management.
  • Foster effective communication and manage change within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Thorough knowledge of UK employment legislation.
