Our client is a well-respected and steadily growing law firm in the City, and they are keen to get on board a HR Administrator in a newly created role. They operate a hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office.

Are you keen to continue your career in HR/Learning & Development but need the flexibility of a part time role? This newly created role could be perfect for you!

Supporting the Learning & Development Manager as part of a growing team, your role will focus on L&D administration, diary management, and helping coordinate the complex diary of meetings and training sessions.

They are looking for someone to work 3 days per week (2 days in the office, one from home), and are based in the City - very close to a selection of stations.

You will gain excellent experience and exposure liaising with senior stakeholders across the firm, and also external providers and trainers.

This is a really varied role that needs a someone super-organised who has excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak to people at all levels.

What they are looking for is a confident HR Administrator with, ideally, some experience dealing with L&D matters, CPD, and training coordination. Preferred experience will have been gained in a law firm or similar professional services environment.

Salary is competitive (pro rata'd to 3 days) and they also offer excellent benefits and the chance to work in a great team with plenty of opportunity to grow and develop.

So if you’re keen to build on your HR Administration experience and like the idea of specialising/becoming a subject matter expert, but really need more flexibility than a full time role offers, then my client would love to hear from you!
