About LAH Property Marketing
LAH provide front of house receptionists for commercial properties, working with the Landlords, Investors and Property Management Companies.
We are looking to recruit an immaculately presented and confident front of house receptionist for a prestigious office building near to Weybridge, Surrey.
You will provide a front of house reception service which will include:
- meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome.
- ensuring the reception area presents well
- managing deliveries, including couriers and post.
- managing maintenance contractors and ensure any maintenance issues are reported and managed to resolution.
- provide support for the local the letting agents who are marketing vacant office space in the building, including preparing for viewings, and ensuring the building is looking immaculate.
- You will also develop a good understanding of the local area and continue to develop a local amenities information file.
- A programme of events has been developed for the tenants which will you continue to support along with the management of a selection of added value initiatives, for existing and new tenants.
You will be personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service.
- You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be PC literate.
- You will previously have worked in a front of house reception role or customer service environment.
- You will be able to start in May
This is a job share role, no weekends, but flexibility is required to provide cover for holidays and sickness. There is plenty of free parking at the building.
Hours : 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday, Tuesday and 1.00 - 6.00pm Wednesday (25 hours)
Salary: £12,350 -£13,000pa (£9.50-£10.00ph)
