My client, founded in 2007 is a Central London based Business consultancy that work on many projects in London and throughout the UK as leading experts that commit to the highest standards in all their partnerships.

Responsibilities

-Assisting in the preparation of budgets
-Managing records and receipts
-Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
-Preparing balance sheets
-Processing invoices – posting Sales and Purchase invoices onto Xero
-Developing an in-depth knowledge of the company’s services and processes
-Resolve financial disputes
-Issue Debtors List to Directors on weekly basis
-Chase outstanding debts
-Maintain the Petty Cash and reconcile on a monthly basis
-Pay cheques into Bank within two days of receipt
-Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
-Produce Finance Reports
-Assist with answering the telephone, take messages and pass on in a timely manner
-Maintain and manage finance related spreadsheets
-Supporting the Directors and Office Manager with projects and tasks as and when required
-Assist with other Admin tasks in the absence of the Admin Assistant as and when required

Benefits
Salary: £25k pro rata + benefits
