The Role
ADB Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a number of Part Time Customer Services Assistant on behalf of our clients based in Ashby De La Zouch. The role of Customer Services Assistant involves receiving inbound customer calls, dealing with any queries & complaints, order entry, product enquirers (training given), order follow-ups, chasing internal departments for updates and updating customers. INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK!!
Depending on the campaigns shift patterns available are as follows:-

  • Evenings ONLY: Monday - Sunday = 5pm or 6pm until 10pm
  • Weekends ONLY: Saturday & Sunday = 8am - 10pm (7.5hr shifts)
  • 3 - 4 full days per week between 8am - 5pm
  • 3 - 4 full days per week between 8am and 8pm (7.5hr days)
  • Other part time hours starting from 16hrs, our client is open to considering/ discussing.

**Please also be aware that training is between 1 - 2 weeks, full time hours.

Your Profile:
To be considered for this role, you must have a passion for Customer Services and have worked within a role where you were dealing with customers - either within a previous customer services centre, retail work, hospitality, catering etc, However, full training is provided. You will need to be a loyal and committed candidate looking for a long term role, ideally looking for permanent (minimum of 3 months). You will have an excellent professional telephone manner, highly organised, tenacious and comfortable with speaking on the telephone. You will ideally have your own transport due to the location of the role. You will also need to be able to start immediately.

Salary:
£7.38 - £7.83 per hour + Holiday Pay
