Part Time Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours) - Monday AND Friday Evenings (8PM-8AM)
£17,000 basic salary PRO RATA (£8.50 per hour for 24 hours per week)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful and growing business in their customer service team, providing first class customer service to their 70,000 customers. This role involves taking inbound customer service calls and responding to emails and letters from customers, helping them to resolve their queries and questions quickly and efficiently - ideally within their initial first contact. There is absolutely no sales involved in this job - guaranteed!
Please note: This is a permanent part-time position: covering Monday & Friday (8pm-8am) 24 hours p/w.

Call centre experience is not essential for this role - we are keen to speak to people with first class customer service skills gained in any customer facing role. To succeed in this position you will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be a confident communicator who has the ability to speak with a wide range of customers. You will be reliable, hardworking, have good computer skills and will enjoy working as part of a team. Most importantly, you will know what good customer service looks like and will be motivated by meeting or exceeding customer expectations and every point of contact.
