Job Title: Part-Time Credit Controller

Salary: £25k FTE

Location: Bolton

We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our brilliant client in Bolton. This service business are looking to grow their team and need a Credit Controller to come on-board to support with debt collection from their local authority customers.

We are looking for someone to work 20 hours a week as a minimum, but could increase this for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting overdue accounts on the ledger by maximising outgoing calls, prioritising every opportunity to collect overdue debt
  • Maintain the status of all on going debt collection utilising the debt management system
  • Follow up on deadlines and coordinate further action where required (legal
  • Record accurately any invoice disputes relating to overdue debt, ensure disputes are resolved and communicate the outcome to customer
  • To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year working in Credit Control,
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software,
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills,
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,
