Part time Business Travel Consultant

We’re delighted to be recruiting for a very niche role which would suit someone looking for alternative working hours who enjoys having their weekdays free!

This part time Business Travel Consultant position offers you the flexibility to continue your career in Business Travel around weekday commitments and doesn't mean you have to work overnight shifts either, hurray!

We do require you to have extensive GDS experience gained within a Business Travel environment as you'll be taking calls/emails on on "out of hours" service line, assisting corporate travellers of this prestigious TMC.

The position is fully home based and the hours we're looking to be covered are:

Monday - 6pm to midnight
Saturday - 7am - 3pm
Sunday - 7am - 3pm

(the weekend days include a 1 hour break)

It's imperative you are competent with:

• Reissuing/ issuing airline tickets
• Making decisions autonomously
• Keeping a cool, calm and collected manner when speaking to clients who may require last minute changes/emergency help.
• Ensuring you deliver the same exceptional level of service that this companies clients have come to expect.
• Business Travel policies, procedures and general knowledge
