Are you a skilled Paraplanner looking for your next career move? We have an excellent opportunity available with a reputable wealth management firm  Our client, an appointed partner practice of St James’s Place are looking for someone with experience with drawdown suitability reports.

Role Overview:

As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in providing technical and administrative support to the Financial Planners. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role offering a competitive salary and a fantastic staff benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical and administrative support to Financial Planners.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve client objectives.
  • Support trainee paraplanners in their development.
  • Ensure completeness of client files with required documentation.
  • Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, updating client files.
  • Compile clear and comprehensive reports and suitability letters.
  • Process applications accurately and maintain necessary records.
  • Liaise with Admin and third parties as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
