Paid Social Manager

-Manchester/Hybrid

-£35-45k

A leading integrated agency with over 100 staff is looking for their next Paid Social Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for planning and activating campaigns across varied social platforms for a number of clients working towards developing the overall strategy. You will be client-facing and be responsible for the performance of their accounts.

The role:

  • Plan and activate paid social campaigns for clients with a hands-on approach.
  • Contribute to the development of paid social offering.
  • Partner with your team, clients, and other internal stakeholders to develop and build strong relationships.
  • Contribute to planning, testing and improvements.
  • Ensure the paid social media needs of clients are met.
  • Financial reporting and budget management.
  • Support with new business pitches and cross-sell to clients.

What you'll need to be successful in the role:

  • At least 3 years of Paid Social experience.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Team management and mentorship experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Client management and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Significant hands-on-paid social experience within Meta.
  • Experience with other platforms such as TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat or Reddit.
  • Confident and skilled in creating content.
