Proximity Recruitment searching for a strategic D2C Paid Media Manager (£45,000 + Benefits) to join a multi-brand, professional services firm in Leicestershire.

The role will be 2 days a week in the office for the first 3 months and then fully remote with the occasional office visit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for building, delivering and managing a market leading paid media strategy, to support the growth of the D2C business.
  • Own new and existing paid media strategies, from proposals to testing and analysis, delivering final recommendations, through to execution and management.
  • Work with the digital marketing agency to ensure that all search marketing activity is aligned.
  • Manage all major paid search platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta. To include creating and managing campaigns, setting budgets, and optimising for the best results possible.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of paid search campaign setup, optimisation, and bidding. This understanding should include keyword research, ad group structure, ad copy, and bidding strategies.
  • Use in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords for campaign optimisation, and create compelling ad copy that maximises campaign performance.
  • Identify and explore new paid media and performance marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure that ad budgets are managed efficiently, and ad spend is fully optimised towards KPIs. The role holder will be responsible for plans, budgeting, goal setting, measurement, and reporting ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
