Responsibilities:

  • This role will support the strategy and lead the execution of our group's acquisition strategy across our main two channels within paid search and paid social, bringing best-in-class principles and practices
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, Meta, Google, Microsoft and other digital platforms
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and proactively suggest new ideas to improve our marketing efforts
  • Deliver internal company communications, sharing relevant content and updates with the wider team and business
  • You’ll build, manage, analyse and optimise our acquisition campaigns across predominantly but not limited to Meta, Google and Microsoft
  • This is a hands-on role and you will take ownership of the management within the respective ad platforms
  • Your role will include responsibility for all granular aspects of performance marketing including bid management, keyword maintenance, ad copy, creative optimisation, landing page development, campaign structure evolution and audience generation
  • Working with our data manager, you’ll scope and build audience segments to test, scale and optimize our customer targeting
  • Alongside the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll implement and test new acquisition channels, taking a data-driven approach to evaluating performance
  • You’ll have a clear understanding of user journey and AB testing, in order to evaluate and optimize each touch point of the customer journey to maximise conversion rates and drive performance marketing
  • You’ll support our Marketing Manager on the budgeting, planning and execution of all paid acquisition marketing activities
  • You’ll deliver continued acquisition growth across our key markets, while optimising towards value through the marketing and customer journey funnels
  • Working closely with our Analytics team, you’ll maintain and build on the data that we capture and that our tracking systems report accurately
  • You’ll understand and monitor all acquisition marketing KPIs through dashboards and reports, identifying areas of opportunity and diagnosing issues quickly and taking swift action to fix them
  • You’ll support the generation of presentations in order to communicate the performance of our paid acquisition marketing across the business
  • You’ll collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver cross-channel campaigns
  • Although this role is analytical, creative flair is also essential - you will need to be comfortable updating creative assets using the templates provided

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role
  • A minimum of 1 years experience working in a similar role for an agency or brand
  • Experience managing multiple accounts
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing paid media
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • The ability to analyse campaign performance for better ROI
  • Excellent communicator, confident in presenting strategies, data analysis and recommendations
  • Ability to ensure budget monitoring and performance is met
  • Creativity flair and the ability to learn creative tools such as Canva/Photoshop - although this is not a huge part of the role there will be times when you will need to be able to do this to be able to update assets quickly and efficiently
  • A test-and-learn attitude is a must
  • Results-focused - and analytical-minded
  • Commercially minded and strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate with dev and product teams
  • Technical ability to set up campaigns from start to finish
