Are you looking for a new role within Paid Media for a specialist Performance Marketing agency that, over the past three years has grown in size and reputation? The agency acquires new business through strong referrals in the industry. The agency prides itself in acting as a vehicle for its staff to achieve personally and professionally.

As the Paid Media Director, you will provide consultancy across analytics, digital strategy, and attribution for high-growth direct-to-consumer clients.

The Role:

  • Responsible for overseeing all Paid Media campaign management across the teams.
  • Responsible for providing clients with long-term effective Paid Media strategies optimisation and analysis.
  • Responsible for working with the senior leadership team with attribution modeling, lifetime value calculation, and returns.
  • Responsible for leading new business, cross-selling, and up-selling.
  • Responsible for being part of scaling the Paid Media division and retaining and growing talent in the agency.
  • Responsible for managing 2 direct reports.

The Candidate:

  • 5 years plus experience running and managing PPC and or Paid Social campaigns.
  • Experienced in working on DR-focused client accounts.
  • Experienced in managing junior team members.
