Amegreen Complex home care are looking for Paediatric Lead Nurse, you must be a Registered Children’s Nurse (NMC PIN essential) with experience or interest in working in a community setting supporting children and their families in their own homes. The successful candidate would be working as part of an experienced clinical team making a real difference to the clients and families we support.

We provide our clients with a care team of the highest calibre. Our team of qualified specialist trainers train all selected candidates in our fully equipped specialist training facility and further support our client’s in their own home on a daily basis.

The role will consist of conducting and writing up assessments, implementing and helping to set up new packages and giving nursing oversight to our paediatric clients.

As part of this role you will need the ability to travel to different clients around the country and will involve of some lone working.

You will need a working knowledge of safeguarding and CQC and have the ability to communicate and report on all levels.

The successful candidate would be working as part of an experienced clinical team making a real difference to the service we provide to our clients.

This role will be based out of Head office based in Aylesbury covering seven counties; there is the opportunity to work from home for the right candidate.

We work closely with family and relevant case managers and, where required, support our core team of nurses and carers with the input of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, dieticians, physicians and consultants. We can also provide rehabilitation and transition care where needed.
